Healing Yoga ๐งโโ๏ธ
We begin with gentle pranayama (breathwork) ๐ฌ๏ธ to calm the nervous system and open the bodyโs energy channels.
This is followed by slow, mindful movement guided by deep, conscious breathing to release tension, restore balance, and invite a sense of inner calm and peace ๐ธ.
No prior yoga experience is needed.
Healing Art ๐จ
This is not about making โgoodโ art, but about allowing yourself the freedom to explore and express โจ.
You will be guided to work with natural elements ๐ฟ and a variety of art materials, allowing you to reconnect with your inner nature through texture, colour, and intuitive movement.
Through intuitive art-making, you may gently and unconsciously process emotions ๐๏ธ, allowing space for clarity and self-connection, while releasing emotional tension in a natural and supported way ๐.
Venue ๐ณ
Our mini retreat is held at Bellbunya Eco Community, a serene and nurturing space surrounded by nature and stunning views ๐. Here, you can fully unwind your mind and reconnect with yourself, away from the busyness of the world.
Bellbunya is an eco-friendly, permaculture-focused community ๐ฑ that supports sustainable practices and fosters connection. By holding our retreat here, we celebrate and support a space dedicated to community, sustainability, and the wellbeing of our planet ๐.
