This retreat is facilitated by Ryan Girdler and Imra, both former professional athletes who understand firsthand the pressures of performance, responsibility, and identity — and what it takes to reset when life feels demanding or out of balance.
Having moved beyond elite sport and corporate jobs, they now support men through grounded, practical practices that help regulate the nervous system, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with a sense of clarity and steadiness — guided by lived experience, not theory.
Together, they create a safe, supportive space where men can slow down, reconnect, and show up as they are — without pressure to perform or “fix” anything.
