8:00am — Sip & Sculpt Pilates with Phoebe Parsons + DJ Simona
Kickstart the weekend with a signature Westin moment: sculpting Pilates on the pier led by Phoebe Parsons, known for her uplifting, high-energy teaching style. Set to the feel-good beats of DJ Simona, this session blends movement and music for the perfect morning elevation. 11:00am — Nutrition Masterclass with Torwen Eerkens
Accredited Practising Dietitian Torwen Eerkens brings her expert insights on sustainable health, gut-friendly eating, and building nourishing habits that truly last. Torwen’s engaging, approachable style makes nutrition accessible, inspiring, and genuinely transformative.

12:45pm — Mental Health & Movement with Alexzandra Parviainen (HUSTL)
Founder of HUSTL, one of Australia’s most influential fitness and wellness communities. Alexzandra Parviainen delivers a grounding, empowering session that blends mindful movement with mental wellness techniques. Expect raw honesty, powerful tools for resilience, and a guided practice designed to reset the nervous system and reconnect the mind and body.

6:00pm — Floating Sound Healing with Carmen Lee-Schneider & Kailo
As daylight fades, float weightlessly in the pool during an ethereal sound bath led by Carmen Lee-Schneider in collaboration with Kailo Nutrition. Carmen brings a deeply restorative experience using sound bowls, vibration, and water therapy to melt stress and invite profound relaxation.
