As the sun reaches its highest point in the sky, we enter the ancient turning of the Summer Solstice, a time our ancestors honoured as the gateway of light, abundance, and the ripening of our inner and outer worlds.

Across cultures this day was celebrated as a sacred pause… a moment to give thanks for warmth, growth, and the life force that carries us forward.

We gather as women, in candlelight, to slow down and listen to the quiet wisdom beneath the brightness of the season.

This practice invites you to:

🌿 Release what feels heavy before stepping into the new cycle.

🌿 Restore your nervous system through breath, stillness, and deep rest.

🌿 Connect with the ancient rhythm of nature and the sisterhood.

Join us as we celebrate the Solstice the way Women always have, in circle, in softness in connection, in community and in devotion to the light within and around us.

✨No experience needed — just a willingness to rest.

Each pose is adaptable for all ages, body types.

Restorative yoga invites you to pause, soften and come home to yourself and your Breath.

It’s a healing practice for every stage of life.

Self discovery through the physical body, aimed at nurturing a deeper connection to self whilst supporting your immune system, mental clarity and calming the nervous system.

🌙 Bookings are essential .

All props are supplied, just bring your open heart and your favourite light throw shawl for added comfort, a water bottle & journal & pen.
