❤️‍🔥 Journey with an intimate and connected group of 12, as we explore the unlimited potential for healing, clarity, growth and self-love, that can be experienced through conscious connected breathwork.

☀️ Just hours before the peak of the solstice, this is sure to be a powerful one! So capitalise on the energies of this portal and align with your highest intention for You 💞

🌿 Please ensure you arrive a little early, ready for a 4pm start, as we will connect in as a group before our breathwork journey. Bring your water bottle and a journal and pen if you wish.

🍇 It is best to be well hydrated that day and to not arrive with a full belly, if practicable. We will share some fruit and tea while we debrief.

🎶 We plan to support your journey with the healing benefit of music and sound, through various instruments throughout the evening and are so excited to hold space for you!
