Meditation Moon Circles

Every second Tuesday evening, we gather beneath the energy of the moon - her light and her teachings; guiding us through release, renewal and reflection. These circles are not just meditations - they are ceremonies of remembrance, where souls return home to their hearts, bodies and truth.

We begin with Mumma Cacao; the ancient heart medicine that softens the walls around us and opens the portal of deep feeling. From that space, you’ll be guided through a Theta Chakra Meditation, allowing energy to move and emotions to release. We weave in crystals, oracle guidance and moon wisdom to explore both your inner and outer worlds.

Each circle is a sacred coming together - a space to feel, to remember and to hold one another in unity, presence and unconditional love.
