Emotions can carry us away and spin out of control. For some this can be a daily challenge despite a safe and stable external environment. Conventional approaches of understanding and analysing behaviours often fall short in altering our emotional states.

​This workshop introduces a unique model to help understand this emotional cascade and proposes a practical solution orientated approach grounded in clinical experience drawing from Chinese Medicine theory and other beneficial frameworks for patients.

During this workshop you will:

• Discussion of a variety of frameworks on emotional challenges and how aspects of those frameworks are clinically helpful for patients.

• Discussion of specific take home ideas and concepts to assist in your day to day life.

• Exploration of how the physiological function of particular organs affects our emotions and moods leading to a unique set of treatment possibilities.

• Guidance on Pulse Diagnosis to allow you to determine how your emotional predisposition is reflected in the nature of your blood flow.

Included in this workshop is a complimentary Pulse Diagnosis session and a semi-personalised bottle of herbal medicine to match the participants' physiology (valued at $75).
