Our mission is women leaders empowering all women. We bring together senior women leaders, support emerging leaders, and advocate for lasting change through our programs, scholarships, and policy work. Our work is aimed at removing the barriers that hold women back and creating a future where leadership in Australia reflects the full talent of our society.

The CEW Annual Dinner is a key part of how we bring our mission to life. It is also CEW’s most prominent fundraising event, bringing together leaders from across the country to celebrate the important and critical role women play across all aspects of society. 

The theme for CEW’s 2026 Annual Dinner is ‘Create’.  Whether it’s starting a company, making art, or creating what’s next, creation is at the heart of leadership. We’ll soon announce an incredible line-up of speakers who will bring this theme to life in powerful, personal ways.

The evening will include an address from our CEW President, Helen Conway and CEW's CEO, Lisa Annese.

Join us for an evening of celebration, as we raise funds on the night to support the ongoing development of gender balanced leadership pipeline through our ongoing leadership development, and education of women across Australia. These funds will support our scholarship program and other CEW initiatives.
