About this event
A Professional Development Workshop for Individuals, Teams and Leaders Ready to Build a More Connected Australia
Across Australia, people are asking deeper questions about identity, belonging and how we create a future where everyone feels connected. Many are seeking grounded, culturally informed ways to navigate this moment with clarity and capability.
This workshop responds to that need.
It offers a reflective and practical space to explore what a more connected future can look like — grounded in Indigenous knowledge, guided by cultural wisdom and shaped for today’s systems, workplaces and communities.
Whether you're a leader, educator, community member or someone committed to building a better Australia, this session will support you to become a bridge-builder in your own sphere of influence.
🌿 What Makes This Workshop Unique
Led by a Turrbal Songwoman and experienced consultant, this workshop is a transformative learning experience that brings together:
Indigenous cultural knowledge + systems thinking
identity and worldview reframing
spiritual grounding + leadership development
practical tools + deep reflection
the unique perspective of someone who walks in both cultural and corporate worlds
This workshop draws on the Yadeni Bridging Worlds Ecosystem — a framework that helps us understand how ancient knowledge and today’s systems can work together to shape a more connected future.
🌿 What You Will Learn
Across three core phases — Grounding, Bridging and Shaping Futures — you will explore:
how identity, worldview and cultural grounding influence how we relate to others
how Indigenous principles and today’s systems can work together to shape our shared future
how to apply practical bridge-building principles in your life, workplace and community
how these insights can strengthen your leadership, relationships and impact
You’ll leave with greater clarity, confidence and capability to contribute to a more connected nation.
